Greetings Friends of St. Francis Springs Prayer Center!

As the cool fall air begins to settle and the trees turn bright before becoming bare, we invite you to take a moment to settle where you are and notice something bright, something that fills you with a sense of gratitude. Now take another moment to think about something that has become bare, something that no longer holds the brightness of life. May this fall season teach you to live more fully in the tension of the beauty found in both brightness and bareness.

We thank each of you for the many ways you support us here at St. Francis Springs Prayer Center and we want to let you know about some upcoming events and opportunities here at the Springs!

Thanksgiving Week:

Monday, November 20- Sunday, November 26

We have cottages and hermitages available the week of Thanksgiving, if you or your family are looking for a place to gather or rest. The kitchen will be closed this week, but you can bring your own food. Due to the kitchen being closed, the cost is only $100 a night for a hermitage and $100 a night per room for a cottage.

To make a reservation, please email us at info@stfrancissprings.com or give us a call at 336-573-3751

Looking For Volunteers

If you love St. Francis and are wondering how to get more involved here, we are always on the lookout for more volunteers. We welcome volunteers in a variety of areas from housekeeping to helping out in the kitchen or working outdoors. We have volunteers that like to come with their friends to work, and folks that enjoy coming solo to get the job done. Lunch is on us while you are here. Once you are done volunteering, we welcome you to take some time to explore our beautiful property.

If you are interested or are wanting more information, please contact Tatum at
